Terms of use
These terms govern the use of this website and orders placed through it. The site is published by Juneau Cayenne BV, Heidestraat 42, 2460 Kasterlee-Lichtaart, Belgium, VAT BE 0661.839.809.
Using the site
You may read and use this site for your own information and to place orders. Please don’t misuse it or attempt to disrupt it.
Orders and prices
- nexxahealth is sold to organisations. Prices shown are excluding VAT and excluding shipping.
- Shipping: €5 (incl. VAT) within Belgium; €15 for the rest of Europe.
- VAT: Belgian VAT applies to Belgian orders. For a valid EU VAT number in another member state, the sale is zero-rated as an intra-Community supply under the reverse charge (Intra-Community supply. Exempt from VAT. Art. 39bis, §1, Belgian VAT Code).
- Payment: by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice. Belgian organisations receive a structured e-invoice over the Peppol network.
Delivery
Copies are dispatched with the print run. Pre-ordered issues are sent when that issue is printed. Deliveries outside Belgium usually take a few working days longer.
Cancellation
As sales are made to organisations for business purposes, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not generally apply. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right.
Intellectual property
The magazine, this site and their contents are the property of Juneau Cayenne BV and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the site and its information accurate, but provide it “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the courts competent for the seat of Juneau Cayenne BV.
